FORMS OF ENGAGEMENT

AD-HOC REPRESENTATION AND ADVISE

We can represent you as Lawyers on a specific issue. We will advise you on that issue, attend meetings on your behalf, represent you in deliberations with others and seek your interest in the matter. If need be, we will represent you in court to assert your rights regarding the issue.

RETAINERS

With a Retainership agreement, we become your Lawyers on a more permanent basis, we will be available on call to provide regular and normal Legal services and representation at no extra fee. For special assignments, you will have priority over others, and also enjoy a reduced fee for your assignments.
You benefit immensely with a Retainership agreement because our entire Law Firm works for you and is behind you at a fraction of the price of keeping your own in-house lawyer.

PROJECT ADVISORY AND GUIDANCE

We are available to provide Legal advisory and representation services to specific projects. Here you get the full service of the whole firm to assist you manage all legal issues regarding your project, from start to finish, at a very competitive cost.
Such an arrangement is more cost effective than hiring Lawyers when legal problems arise, indeed we will work to prevent legal problems and smooth the path for your project to proceed unhindered.
If problems emerge in the course of the project, we will be available to handle them on your behalf, thus freeing you to continue with the project whilst we handle legal issues.

CASE REPRESENTATION

Lex Praxis can represent clients on a case by case basis, whether in or out of court.
Under this arrangement he relationship is limited to the case until it is disposed of. This can be repeated as many times as cases arise
This arrangement allows clients to pay only for the work at hand on a piecemeal basis.
It is particularly useful to clients who do not usually need regular or more permanent legal services or representation
